Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, we are happy to offer a refund of your purchase price, provided that the return complies with our return policy outlined below.
Return Policy
- We accept returns for products purchased directly from BeautifulByIvy.com only. All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt.
- Products must be returned in new or gently used condition and within 60 days from the date of purchase.
- Items that qualified for a free promotional item(s) must be returned with the free promotional item(s) to receive a full refund.
Please note:
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Beautiful by Ivy eGift Cards cannot be exchanged or returned and are subject to the policies of our third-party gift card provider.
- Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.
- Beautiful by Ivy monitors return activity and reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our policy, appear to be abuse of our policy, or are of items previously re-sent at no cost in good faith following a report of non-receipt.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of receipt of the returned item(s) at our warehouse. You will receive a credit confirmation via email once your return has been processed.
- For items returned within our return policy guidelines, the purchase price will be refunded to the original form of payment.
- If your payment was split between a BeautifulByIvy.com gift card and a credit card, debit card, or bank-issued gift card, the refund will first be applied to the credit card, debit card, or bank-issued gift card. Any remaining balance will be refunded to the Beautiful by Ivy eGift Card.
Refunds for returns received after 60 days are not guaranteed and will be at the sole discretion of BeautifulByIvy.com. If issued in these instances, the refund may be provided in the form of an electronic gift card or a refund check.
Exchange Instructions
If you would like to exchange a product(s), please return the eligible unwanted product(s) according to our return policy. A refund will be processed within 3 business days of receipt. You may then place a new order for the product(s) you wish to purchase at any time.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please inspect the packaging upon receipt. If damage occurred to the item(s) during shipment, retain the box, packing materials, and items inside. Contact us immediately at support@beautifulbyivy.com for assistance.

Q: Can I return or exchange items purchased using PayPal or another payment service?
A: Yes. If you paid with PayPal or another payment service and would like to make an exchange, please contact us at support@beautifulbyivy.com. Our Online Service Team will assist you in processing your exchange directly with your payment account.
Q: I received the wrong product. Can I return it?
A: If your online order is not as expected, please contact us immediately at support@beautifulbyivy.com for assistance.
Q: What if I want to return a gift I received?
A: If you would like to return a gift without having the refund issued to the original form of payment, please contact our customer service team at support@beautifulbyivy.com, and we will assist you with your return.

- All returns and exchanges are subject to our inspection and approval.
- Beautiful by Ivy is not responsible for returns lost in transit. We recommend using a traceable shipping method and retaining proof of shipping.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for products purchased from third-party retailers.
